Balcerski Building Co., Inc. started as a small framing company in January 1977.  After spending three years honing his craft while helping to build all over Southern New Jersey, President Alex Balcerski decided to begin general contracting and build his own specification (Spec) homes. 

For the past 30 years, Balcerski Building Co., Inc. has been building throughout Atlantic and Cape May Counties in Southern New Jersey.  Through its custom homes, commercial developments, and renovations Balcerski Building Co., Inc. has developed a reputation as a quality and trusted builder.
